Designing a Webpage

Today in class we learned just how easy it was to make a website. At the beginning of class I was very unsure of how to go about creating a website but after class was finished I realized that I could do it without much problem. Although there are many different codes to remember, it is easy to figure out if you forget the code. You can look at another website and open the source to figure out what your missing or how to put the code in.

The most difficult part of designing a webpage is making sure the code is entered exactly the way its suppose to. It is very easy to accidently skip an important word or add a space where it is not needed. HTML code is very important to learn so if your ever interested in publishing your own website then you will have to know how to do it. Also we talked about in class that you need to get someone to host your webpage if you want it to be viewed by others on the internet.

I also enjoyed the brief overview of HTML today. I'm sure most of us have had a little history of HTML is ACCT160, but most have probably forgotten. It was a nice refresher and also brought back some of the other information about HTML that I have learned in the past. If you know the language it really is fairly simple to construct a website.
